The guarantee

Skin in the game, on both sides.

Most agencies bill you whether the work delivers or not. Lewis Marketing takes on part of the risk with you.

When the work delivers, we both do well. When it does not, you are not the only one who feels it.

Usually the client is the only one with anything to lose, and that changes how hard the other side works once the invoice is paid. Sharing the risk fixes that. The exact terms are agreed for your business on the first call, in writing, before you decide.

Four questions to ask any marketing company.

Bring these to the call. If a company cannot answer all four in plain language, that tells you something.

  1. What exactly is being guaranteed?

Get it written down in plain terms that apply to your business, not marketing language.

  2. How is it measured, and by whom?

Agree where the numbers come from and who can see them, so there is no argument later.

  3. Over what period?

Agree on a period. Long enough for the work to show results, but with a clear end date.

  4. What happens if it is not met?

This is where most guarantees go vague. Ask what actually happens, in plain words, before you sign.

Get the terms in writing.

Book the call and Sevian will explain what is covered, how it is measured, and what happens if it is not met.
